How to apply for a grant
The scope of activities that the fund can support
Schools can use this funding flexibly to invite external organizations (such as our company) to hold diverse activities for students, parents, and teachers to enhance media and information literacy, national education and national security education, and promote students' physical and mental health.
For example, it can be done as follows:

Media and information literacy activities

Lecture
Senior journalists, university scholars, or technology professionals can be invited to share their expertise at the school. Topics can include media operations and the daily work of journalists, as well as investigative reporting, the development of Hong Kong media, "Understanding Media Operations and Response Skills" (designed for school board training), the development of the news industry, the application of AI and big data, media literacy in the AI era, in-depth reporting, investigative reporting, data journalism, "The Death of the Author"—New Media Information Flow and Social Values, and parental media and information literacy.

Workshop
This allows students to gain practical experience and understand media operations. Topics include "Reporter Experience," "Director Experience," "Fact-Checking Workshop," "Live Streaming Workshop," "Journalism Scholar - Community News Reporter" Workshop, Online Creation Day Camp, "News Exploration - Restoring the Truth" Workshop, "KOL Experience Activity" Workshop, AR Experience Activity, Digital Journalism Workshop, AI Information Workshop, etc., thereby enhancing students' critical thinking and ability to deal with misinformation.

Visit and experience activities
Visit the editorial departments, live broadcast studios, and recording studios of credible media organizations to gain a firsthand understanding of the daily working environment of journalists, interact with frontline reporters, and learn how a news report is created, as well as the processes involved in verification and fact-checking. Students can also participate in the "News Hosting and Anchor Experience Workshop" to experience being a news host and anchor in a recording studio.

National education and national security education activities
Lecture
The lectures can be given by senior political or academic figures familiar with the national situation, sharing insights on topics such as the latest national developments, national security, and Chinese culture. Examples include: a national education seminar on "Opportunities in the Greater Bay Area for Youth," a national education seminar for parents, a national education seminar on "The Latest Developments in the Greater Bay Area," a national security teacher seminar, a national education seminar on "The Origin of Oracle Bone Script," a seminar on martial ethics and competition rules by a retired Southern Fist athlete, a seminar on running from Beijing back to Hong Kong by a visually impaired runner, and a seminar on the history and struggles of Chinese chess by a chess master.
