Who should take these courses?

These programs are designed for secondary students (S1-S6, approximately 12-18 years old) who are curious about technology, innovation, and how AI can be used to solve real-world problems. We welcome students of all technical levels, as our curriculum provides clear progression.

Does my child need prior coding experience?

No. Our Beginner phase focuses on fundamental concepts and approachable tools, establishing the necessary Technology Literacy foundation for advanced projects. We guide students from basic concepts to mastering industry-relevant tools.

What makes EdCoSys different from other coding classes?

We are founded by an AI startup team, meaning our curriculum is built on real-world industry applications, not just textbooks. Our courses blend technical skills with Chinese Culture, Health Tech, and Aerospace, ensuring students cultivate Innovative Thinking and Practical Competence through highly unique, interdisciplinary projects.

How does the AI & Health Tech Series use real technology?

We collaborate closely with our partner, HairCoSys, to integrate their award-winning visual AI analysis technology directly into the courses. Students use this real-world, commercial technology to analyze data and inform their projects, like formulating personalized products.

Will these courses help my child with university applications (JUPAS/DSE)?

Yes. Our project-based approach helps students develop sophisticated portfolios, complete with working digital models, code, and project reports. This evidence of Practical Competence and interdisciplinary application is highly valued by local and international universities in STEAM-related admissions.

Who is the target audience for the Teacher Professional Development programs?

Our courses, such as "AI for Scientific Inquiry," are primarily designed for Secondary Science Teachers (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) who teach S1-S3 units. They focus on using AI to enhance the existing curriculum objectives set by the EDB.

What is the main goal of the teacher training?

The core goal is AI Teaching Empowerment. We equip teachers with practical tools (like Gemini, Excel Copilot, and generative AI) to drastically reduce administrative load, enable differentiated instruction for diverse learners (including NCS students), and efficiently implement competency-based assessment.

How does the training align with the Hong Kong curriculum?

Our training content is mapped directly to specific S1-S3 Science Units 1 and integrates key pedagogical frameworks like the Engineering Mindset and the Claim-Evidence-Reasoning (CER) framework, ensuring direct applicability to classroom practice.

Vibe Coding is our philosophy for teacher AI empowerment. It focuses on making AI and coding integration low-barrier and high-impact. The training provides the systematic workshops and resources necessary for teachers to confidently integrate AI across all subject disciplines.
