本私隱政策說明 Edcosys Limited（「Edcosys」／「我們」）如何根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）（「PDPO」）收集、使用、披露及處理你透過本網站向我們提供的個人資料。This Privacy Policy explains how Edcosys Limited ("Edcosys", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and processes the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").

我們只透過本網站收集以下類別的個人資料（視乎你使用的功能而定）：We collect only the following categories of personal data through this website, depending on which features you use:

• 查詢表格：姓名、電郵、電話（選填）、訊息，以及你自願提供的其他資料（例如身分：學生／家長／學校／企業、想了解的課程、就讀年級、聯絡方式偏好及方便聯絡時間）。Contact / enquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), message, and other details you voluntarily provide (e.g. role: student / parent / school / business, course of interest, school year, preferred contact method and best time to reach you).
• 電子通訊訂閱：你的電郵地址。Newsletter subscription: your email address.
• 通訊內容：當你透過電郵、電話或 WhatsApp 聯絡我們時，你所提供的任何資料。Communications: any information you provide when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• 自動收集的資料：我們及第三方服務（見第 5 節）可能自動收集技術資料，例如 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、裝置資料及瀏覽行為（透過 Cookie 及類似技術）。Automatically collected data: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and browsing behaviour (via cookies and similar technologies), collected by us and third-party services (see section 5).

• 回覆你的查詢，並提供你要求的課程或培訓資料；respond to your enquiries and provide information about the courses or training you request;
• 處理報名及提供服務；process enrolments and deliver our services;
• 在你同意的情況下，向你發送市場推廣及電子通訊（對象為家長／學校）；send you marketing and newsletter communications (for parents / schools) where you have consented;
• 改善本網站、分析用量及評估推廣成效；improve the website, analyse usage and measure marketing performance;
• 履行法律及監管責任。comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

根據 PDPO，我們只會為上述目的收集個人資料，並會在你提供資料時告知收集目的。就市場推廣及電子通訊而言，我們只會在你明確同意（例如勾選訂閱方格）後才向你發送。你可在任何時候撤回同意。Under the PDPO we collect personal data only for the purposes above and will inform you of the purposes at the point of collection. For marketing and newsletter communications we will only contact you if you have given clear consent (for example, by ticking the subscription box). You may withdraw consent at any time.

• 通訊：WhatsApp（Meta）及電郵服務供應商；Communications: WhatsApp (Meta) and email service providers;
• 其他：在法例要求下向監管或執法機構披露。Other: disclosure to regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

部分供應商位於香港境外，因此你的資料可能被轉移至香港以外的地方。我們會採取合理措施，確保有關資料在轉移後仍受適當保障。Some of these providers are located outside Hong Kong, so your data may be transferred outside Hong Kong. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains adequately protected after any such transfer.

我們的學生課程供年滿 13 歲的中學生參加；18 歲以下的學生須取得家長或監護人同意。我們收集未成年人的個人資料時，會以已取得家長或監護人同意為前提。Our student courses are for secondary students aged 13 or above; students under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian. Where we collect personal data of a minor, we do so on the basis that parental or guardian consent has been obtained.

我們的電子通訊（newsletter）對象為成年人（家長／監護人及學校教職員），並非為學生而設。如果你未滿 18 歲，請勿訂閱電子通訊；如我們發現訂閱者未滿 18 歲，我們會要求取得家長同意或移除其訂閱。Our newsletters are intended for adults (parents/guardians and school staff) and are not designed for students. If you are under 18, please do not subscribe to our newsletters. If we become aware that a subscriber is under 18, we will seek parental consent or remove the subscription.

7. 資料保留7. Data retention

我們只會在有需要履行上述目的的期間內保留個人資料。一般而言：We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. In general:

• 查詢資料：最長保留 12 個月；enquiry data: kept for up to 12 months;
• 已報名學員的記錄：課程結束後按合約及法例要求保留；records of enrolled students: kept after the course ends as required by contract and law;
• 電子通訊訂閱資料：保留至你取消訂閱為止。newsletter subscription data: kept until you unsubscribe.

根據 PDPO，你有權要求查閱及更正我們持有的你的個人資料、要求我們停止把資料用於直接促銷，以及撤回同意。請電郵 hello@edcosys.com 提出要求。Under the PDPO you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to stop using your data for direct marketing, and to withdraw consent.
