蜂群無人機障礙賽Swarm Drone Obstacle Course
四架無人機一齊飛，穿過學生自己砌的龍門、走廊和一道會擺動的障礙。學生量出煞停距離，為每架機寫同一組規則，再跑五次，記下時間、碰撞與兩機最近的距離。到校六堂，每堂 1.5 小時。Four drones fly together through gates, a corridor and a swinging obstacle the class builds itself. Students measure the stopping distance, give every drone the same rules, then fly the course five times and log the time, the contacts and how close two drones came to each other. Six lessons at school, 1.5 hours each.
四個階段Four stages
由一部機，到四架機一齊飛。第一階段留下一張距離表，第二階段留下一條賽道，第三階段留下一份規則，第四階段留下五條紀錄。From one drone to four flying together. Stage one leaves a distance table, stage two a course, stage three a set of rules, stage four five runs.

量一部機Measure one drone
先飛一架。指令由電腦送出，到機身收到，中間有延遲；延遲乘上速度，就是它收到之前已經飛過的距離，再加上減速那一段，才是完整的煞停距離。學生用捲尺量出這個距離，寫成一張安全距離表，之後每一條規則都要用到它。One drone first. A delay sits between the command leaving the computer and the drone receiving it. The delay multiplied by the speed is how far the drone has already flown before the command lands; the braking after that completes the stopping distance. Students measure it with a tape and write the safe-distance table that every later rule depends on.

砌賽道Build the course
三個龍門、一條兩邊夾住的走廊、一道會擺動的障礙、一個降落墊。尺寸由學生定，定完用捲尺核對：龍門要多寬才過得去，走廊兩邊留多少空位，擺動的障礙一個周期幾秒。砌得出來，才量得到。Three gates, a corridor walled on both sides, a swinging obstacle and a landing pad. The class sets the dimensions and then checks them with a tape: how wide a gate has to be to fly through, how much room the corridor leaves, how many seconds the obstacle takes to swing once. A course that can be built is a course that can be measured.

寫規則Write the rules
每一架機只有三條規則：與最近的鄰機保持距離、對齊鄰機的方向、不要離開這一群。天花板上的一部相機讀出四架機的位置，四架機各自按同一組規則決定下一步。Each drone holds three rules: keep clear of its nearest neighbour, line up with its neighbours, stay with the group. A camera on the ceiling reads where all four are, and each drone works out its next move from the same three rules.

跑五次Fly it five times
同一個賽道跑五次。每次記下時間、碰撞次數與兩機最近的距離，然後只改一件事：一條規則的距離、一個龍門的闊度，或者起飛的次序。改完再跑，看哪一個數字動了，哪一個沒有動。Five runs on the same course. Each run logs the time, the contacts and the closest two drones came, then the class changes one thing: the distance in a rule, the width of a gate, the order they take off. Run again and see which number moved, and which one did not.
排隊與蜂群A queue and a flock
四架機排成一個隊形，也可以寫成一張時間表：第 1 秒 A 機起飛，第 3 秒 B 機跟上。看上去像蜂群，其實每一架都在跟一張紙上的時刻表走。中間有一架被推歪，整條隊就散開，其餘三架照舊按時飛到自己的位置。Four drones in a formation can also be written as a timetable: drone A lifts off at second one, drone B follows at second three. It looks like a swarm, but every drone is following a timetable on a sheet of paper. Push one off its mark and the line breaks, while the other three arrive at their scheduled places exactly on time.
蜂群不是這樣。每架機只知道自己與鄰機的距離，沒有一架知道整個隊形。被推歪的那一架自己追回來，其餘三架不等它；一架落地，其餘三架仍然是一個群。A flock is not that. Each drone knows the distance to its neighbours and nothing about the shape as a whole. The one that was pushed off finds its way back without the others waiting, and if one lands the remaining three are still a group.
課堂上兩種都做一次，然後指令其中一架偏離 30 厘米，看哪一種隊形散得開、哪一種追得回來。The class builds both, then commands one drone to offset by 30 centimetres, and watches which formation falls apart and which one recovers.
由起飛到降落。From take-off to landing.
碰到龍門、牆或另一架機的次數。Every touch on a gate, a wall or another drone.
兩架機最近的距離，以厘米計。The nearest two drones came, in centimetres.
中途要重來的次數。How many runs had to start again.
五次之中，有幾次由頭飛到尾。How many of the five got all the way through.
五次紀錄放在一起，就是報告用的附件，也是學生判斷「改完之後有沒有變好」的依據。The five runs together are the record a report needs, and the only way a student can tell whether a change made the run better.
帶走甚麼What they take home
五次飛行的時間、碰撞與最近距離，加上每一次改動了甚麼。The time, the contacts and the closest approach for all five runs, with a note on what changed between them.
最後一次完整飛行，由起飛到降落，一鏡到底。The last complete run, from take-off to landing, in one shot.
為甚麼是這三條規則、為甚麼是這個距離。可以放進 JUPAS 的 OEA 或 SLP，或學校的學習檔案；完成課程另獲發結業證書。Why these three rules, and why this distance. It can go into a JUPAS OEA or SLP record, or a school learning portfolio, and the course ends with a certificate.
兩種上課安排Two ways to run it
同一條賽道，同一組規則。到校六堂，公開兩堂，分別在於跑幾多次、改幾多次。The same course and the same rules. Six lessons at school, two in public, and the difference is how many runs and how many changes fit in.

場地與安全The room, and staying safe
全程在室內飛，四架機都在圍網以內，每架連槳葉保護罩在 250 克以下。學生寫指令與讀紀錄，握着遙控的是我們的導師。Everything flies indoors, all four drones stay inside the netting, and each one comes in under 250 g with its propeller guards fitted. Students write the mission and read the log; the controller is in our instructor's hands.
圍封範圍An enclosed area
禮堂四面有牆、上有天花，符合《小型無人機令》第 6 條「圍封範圍」的定義。四架機飛行的每一刻都在這個範圍之內，所以飛行時禮堂的門關上；只要有一刻飛了出去，就要按戶外的規定辦。A hall has walls on every side and a ceiling, which is what section 6 of the Small Unmanned Aircraft Order calls an enclosed area. The four drones stay inside it for every second of the flight, so the hall doors stay shut; a single moment outside and the outdoor rules apply in full.
重量與保護罩Mass and guards
每架機連槳葉保護罩在 250 克以下，四架合共約 320 克。保護罩的重量計入機身，不是另外加上去。Each drone is under 250 g with its guards fitted, and the four together weigh about 320 g. The guards count towards that mass; they are not extra.
誰在做機手Who is flying
學生寫任務、讀紀錄、決定改哪一條規則；握着遙控的是我們的導師。室內飛行沒有法定機手年齡，我們仍然把遙控放在導師手上，因為這一班練的是規則與紀錄。Students write the mission, read the log and decide which rule to change; the controller stays with our instructor. Indoor flight sets no statutory age for the pilot, and we still keep the controller in our instructor's hands, because what the class practises is the rules and the record.
每次飛行前Before every flight
一份風險評估、一次點名、一次圍網檢查，都留檔。發生意外，按民航處與教育局的要求呈報。A risk assessment, a roll call and a netting check, all kept on file. An incident is reported as the Civil Aviation Department and the Education Bureau require.
電池在圍網外充電，全程有人看着；滿電與用完的分開放在防火袋，課後由我們帶走。站在圍網邊的人戴護目鏡；任何人喊停，機手立即降落，不問原因。Batteries are charged outside the netting with someone watching, full and flat packs sit in separate fireproof bags, and we take them away afterwards. Anyone at the netting wears eye protection, and anyone who calls stop grounds the flight at once.
配合「智啟學教」撥款Fits EDB AI-in-education funding
通函第 5 段列明五項承諾，第 9 至 11 段加上帳目與兩份報告。每張卡寫明這一項由課程提供，抑或由學校提交。Circular No. 221/2025 sets five commitments in paragraph 5, and paragraphs 9 to 11 add the accounts and two reports. Each card says whether this course supplies that item or the school files it.
納入學校發展計劃In the development plan
通函要求把「發展人工智能賦能教育」納入學校發展計劃及／或周年計劃。建議書附上這一段的寫法與課程資料，學校放進自己的計劃，由校董會審批。The circular asks for the AI-enabled education item to enter the development plan and the annual plan. The proposal carries the wording and this course's details; the school puts them into its plans for the board to approve.
三個科目，六份教學例子Three subjects, six examples
通函要求最少三個科目或課程範疇，每個最少兩個級別，合共最少六個教學例子。同一套四階段教材，按物理、數學、資訊及通訊科技各寫兩個級別，就是這六份。At least three subject areas, at least two levels in each, and at least six teaching examples in all. The same four stages, written for physics, mathematics, and information and communication technology at two levels each, are those six.
三次公開課Three open classes
通函要求最少三次公開課或示範課。三個科目各一次，由我們的導師與校內教師共同備課及施教，觀課表與學生紀錄由我們提供。At least three open or demonstration lessons. One in each subject area, planned and taught jointly with the school's teachers, with the observation sheet and the student records supplied by us.
三次分享會Three sharing sessions
通函要求最少三次經驗分享會，與公開課分開計算。由任教教師主講，教材、飛行紀錄與簡報骨架由我們提供。At least three sharing sessions, counted separately from the open lessons. Presented by the teachers who taught the class, with the materials, the flight logs and the outline supplied by us.
兩項學生活動Two student activities
通函要求最少兩個以提升學生人工智能素養與技能為重點的學生活動。校內蜂群挑戰日由我們主持；校外的比賽或參觀，由我們提供報名材料與當日支援。At least two student activities focused on raising AI literacy and skill. We run the swarm challenge day at school, and supply the entry materials and the on-the-day support for a competition or visit outside it.
帳目與兩份報告Accounts and two reports
第 9 至 11 段要求獨立分類帳目、經審核周年帳目，以及中期報告與總結報告。出席紀錄、規則版本、五次飛行紀錄與錄影由我們整理；帳目與兩份報告由學校提交。Paragraphs 9 to 11 ask for separate accounts, audited annual accounts, and the interim and final reports. We gather attendance, rule versions, the five runs and the video; the accounts and the two reports are the school's to file.
課程費用屬於「學與教資源」或「校本人工智能應用方案」一類。是否屬於該類別、用哪一條採購程序、校董會如何審批，由學校按附件二決定。The fee falls under teaching and learning resources or a school-based AI solution. Whether it belongs there, which procurement procedure applies and how the board approves it are the school's decisions under Annex 2.
撥款可用至 2028 年 8 月 31 日；中期報告於 2027 年 9 月 30 日或以前提交，總結報告於 2028 年 9 月 30 日或以前提交。申請已於 2026 年 2 月 28 日截止，未申請的學校仍可以校本資源或其他津貼購買這個課程。The grant runs to 31 August 2028, with the interim report due by 30 September 2027 and the final report by 30 September 2028. Applications closed on 28 February 2026; a school that did not apply can still buy the course from school funds or another scheme.
