一堂 90 分鐘，每位學生帶走一張自己做的四格漫畫。題材是你正在教的一章：任何科目、任何章節都排得進四格。故事由學生寫，AI 負責畫。One 90-minute session, and every student leaves with a four-panel comic they made. The story comes from the chapter you are teaching: any subject, any chapter fits into four panels. The student writes, and the AI draws.
為甚麼用漫畫學習Why learn with comics
四格漫畫要求學生把一章重新組織：選出四個重點、排出先後、為每一格寫一句話。這需要理解章節的脈絡，而不是記住零碎的句子。A four-panel comic requires students to reorganise a chapter: choose four key points, put them in order, and write one line for each panel. That requires understanding how the chapter fits together, not memorising isolated sentences.

一堂課的流程How the lesson runs
一堂 90 分鐘的課，由選一章到帶走一張四格漫畫，分四步進行。每一步交出一件成品，下一步接著用。A 90-minute lesson, from choosing a chapter to taking home a four-panel comic, runs in four steps. Each step produces something the next one uses.

揀一個主題，選四個重點做漫畫Pick a topic, choose four points for the comic
先選定一個主題，再選出要畫的四個重點。四個重點定下來，四格就有方向。Choose a topic, then the four points to draw. Once the four points are set, the panels have a direction.

四格，一句一格Four panels, one sentence each
四個重點寫成四句話：一格一句，先後有序。四句由學生自己寫，AI 不代為決定。Turn the four points into four sentences, one per panel, in order. The four lines come from the student; the AI does not decide for them.

交給 AI 畫Let the AI draw it
四句整理成提示詞，交給 AI 生成四格。The four sentences become a prompt, and the AI draws the panels.

匯出、帶走Export it, take it home
匯出圖片，上載班級資料夾，再向全班講自己的故事。Export the image, upload it to the class folder, then tell the class the story.

配合「智啟學教」撥款Fits the EDB AI-in-education funding
教育局「智啟學教」撥款，給資助及直資中小學一筆過 HK$500,000，須於 2028 年 8 月 31 日前用完。工作坊屬「資助學生參與提升 AI 素養與技能的活動」一項；逐章排下去，就是一份跨科、跨學年的安排。整個校本的方案見到校 AI 課程與撥款方案。The EDB's AI-in-education funding gives aided and DSS schools a one-off HK$500,000, to be spent by 31 August 2028. The workshop falls under the grant's student AI-literacy activities, and booked chapter by chapter it becomes a plan that runs across subjects and across the year. The school-wide package is on the on-campus courses and funding page.
- 納入學校發展計劃Into the school development plan 逐章的節數、科目與年級可以寫進發展計劃與年度計劃。The lessons per chapter, the subjects and the year groups go straight into the development and annual plans.
- 於不同科目實踐 AI 輔助教學AI-assisted teaching across subjects 任何科目都可以接上，換一個章節就是另一科。Any subject plugs in; a different chapter makes it a different subject.
- 發展教學例子Teaching exemplars 每一堂留下的工作紙、提示詞卡與學生作品，可以留校再用。The worksheet, the prompt cards and the student work stay with the school as material it can use again.
- 舉行經驗分享會與公開課Sharing sessions and open classes 開放日的攤位與校內公開課，都可以由這一堂延伸。The Open Day booth and an in-school open class can both grow out of the lesson.
- 提升學生 AI 素養活動Student AI-literacy activities 學生寫故事、指揮 AI 畫、完成一張四格漫畫，這些就是活動本身。Students write the story, direct the AI and finish a four-panel comic: that is the activity itself.
- 中期與總結報告Interim and final reports 班級資料夾的作品與每班的紀錄，可以直接放進中期與總結報告。The class folders and the record of each session go straight into the interim and final reports.
以上依據教育局通函第 221/2025 號。教師與家長報讀外部課程不屬這筆撥款的範圍；未申請撥款的學校，仍可用校本資源或其他津貼安排。Based on EDB Circular No. 221/2025. Subsidising teachers or parents to take outside courses is not a permitted use; a school that has not applied can still arrange the workshop from school resources or another allowance.
小學課堂怎樣進行How a primary classroom runs
P.2 到 P.6 的老師都會問同一個問題：二年級的學生做得來嗎？以下三件事就是答案。Every primary teacher asks the same question: can a P.2 class do this? Three things make the difference.
每一步都先示範Show it before they do it
導師在投影上做一次，學生跟著做一次；助教在座位之間協助打字與上載。The tutor does each step once on the projector, the class does it once together, and the assistant moves between desks for typing and uploads.
對白自己寫The words are theirs
漫畫的對白由學生自己寫，中文或英文都可以。寫得短，才放得進格子裏。Students write the dialogue themselves, in Chinese or English. Short lines fit the panel, which is the lesson.
常見問題FAQ
學生需要自己開 AI 帳戶嗎？Do students need an AI account each?
不需要。工作坊用的班級帳戶由我們在課前開好，學生登入即用；沒有帳戶的學生也可以用訪客模式。No. We open the class accounts before the session, so students sign in and start; a student without an account can work in guest mode.
一定要一人一部平板嗎？Does every student need a tablet?
一人一部最順。兩人一機也可以，生成四格的時間會緊一點；學校平板不足時，我們可以帶少量後備。One each is smoothest. Two students to a tablet also works, with less time to generate the panels; if the school is short, we bring a few spares.
一間學校可以做幾次？How often can a school run it?
按班安排，一班一次 90 分鐘。同一間學校可以為不同班別安排，查詢時說明班數即可。One class, one 90-minute session. A school can book it for more than one class; tell us how many when you ask.
收費怎樣計？How is it charged?
收費按人數與場次報價，查詢時一併回覆時間表與報價。The fee is quoted by class size and number of sessions, with the dates, in our reply.
中學或別的科目可以安排嗎？Can a secondary class, or another subject, book it?
可以。中一至中五用同一套流程，換上該科的章節；小學用同一套流程，換上該科的單元。查詢時說明年級、科目與班數。Yes. S.1 to S.5 run the same four steps with any subject's chapter; primary classes run them with any subject's unit. Tell us the year group, the subject and the number of classes.
